What makes a board "custom" vs standard?
Any spec beyond basic 2-4 layer FR-4 with standard parameters. This includes: specific materials (Rogers, PTFE), controlled impedance, HDI structures, unusual board thickness, heavy copper, or rigid-flex construction.
Can you help with stackup design?
Yes. Our engineers can design or optimize your stackup for impedance, signal integrity, and manufacturability. This service is free for confirmed orders.
What if I need a material you don't list?
Contact us. We work with multiple material suppliers and can source most laminates. We verify availability before accepting the order — no surprises.
Do custom boards cost much more?
